The Alchemy Experiment’s exhibition 'CURTAINS,' held in Glasgow from May 2nd to 26th, presented a captivating exploration of visual art through the theme of ‘Curtains.’ This show symbolised a variety of meanings that extend beyond the tangible form, inviting viewers to reflect on the layers of perception and concealment and take the exhibition theme in their own direction. The exhibition featured a diverse array of artworks that engaged with the motif of curtains, challenging audiences to consider what lies beyond the surface.
This piece won the runner’s up CASS art prize during its time in the ‘CURTAINS’ exhibition May 2024.
